Install on your phone

iPhone & iPad

    Open Lizzy Tracker in Safari.

    Tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.

  3. 3

    Tap Add, then open it from the new Home Screen icon.

Android

    Open Lizzy Tracker in Chrome or your usual browser.

  2. 2

    Open the Chrome menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

  3. 3

    Confirm Install, then open Lizzy Tracker from its new icon.

On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work from the installed Home Screen app. On Android, if you do not see Install app, open the page in Chrome.

Turn on notifications

AvailableOnBlocked
ArrivalsSent when the train actually arrives at a station, with the recorded time and delay.
DeparturesSent when the train actually leaves a station, with the recorded time and delay.
Timing updatesChanges to an expected arrival or departure before the train reaches that station.
Journey changesCancellations, calling-pattern changes, headcode changes and other journey-wide updates.
PlatformsA platform change at a station. Per-station choices apply when that mode is enabled.

    Use the small switch beside the bell at the top of the app.

    Choose Allow when your iPhone asks for permission.

  3. 3

    Tap the bell to open notification preferences.

Notification preferences

All stationsYour chosen arrival, departure, timing and platform alerts apply at every stop.
Per stationChoose individual stops with the bells that appear in the calling pattern.

    Open or pin the journey you want to follow.

  2. 2

    Choose either All stations for every stop or Per station to select individual stops.

    If you choose Per station, use the bells beside each stop. Green means on; grey means off.

    Use the bell in the table heading to select or clear every station at once.

Per-station choices only affect arrivals, departures, timing updates and platform changes. Journey-change notifications always cover the whole journey and are not affected by your station choices.

Pin and unpin a train

Pin

Find a headcode, open the correct working and turn on the pin switch. The journey stays at the top of this device.

Pinned
Unpin

Open the pinned journey and turn the same switch off. This removes it from your device without affecting anyone else.

Unpinned
